‘Unknown Token’

  Hi there, my colleague invited me to administer sarahundjoe.com in the same way he invites me to admin all of our sites, but the error message ‘Unknown Token’ keeps appearing and I can’t get on the site. Can I have some help resolving this please? Thanks, Joe.

  The site I need help with is http://www.sarahundjoe.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
