“Unknown token” error – accepting invite to become admin

    I have a weird problem with my website and would really appreciate some help. Somehow, my website ended up on my sister-in-law’s wordpress.com account instead of mine. I am trying to follow the instructions listed here: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/ to transfer it to my account, but we have run into a problem. She added me as a team member/administrator, and I received the invitation via email. When I click the button to accept the invitation it gives me an error that says “Unknown Token.” On her end it just says that the invitation is pending, but it won’t let me accept it. I have tried to accept it in Safari and Chrome, and on my iPhone and Macbook. Please help! Thanks so much.

    Thanks so much for getting back to me. After I wrote this I finally figured out the problem, which was that my Jetpack somehow became connected to her WordPress account. So I just disconnected it on my end and then reconnected it to my own account and it worked! Thanks so much.
