Unknown user created

Twice in the last 2 days I have been notified of a new user login that I have not requested. I have deleted them both times. They are marked as a customer but it is not a customer I have sold to and it’s shown under Users not in the customer section of Woocommerce. I am very worried that someone has access to my account. I have updated everything and changed my password. I have also added 2 factor authentication which is working when I log into WordPress but not my website login dashboard. I get an email that must be sent to them as well thanking them for creating an account showing the automatically generated password and then I get a second email saying email not delivered to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because the address could not be found or is unable to receive mail. It has happened twice now in the last 24 hours even after changing my password and deleting them the first time.

Let’s see if we can have WooCommerce staff look further into this for you. It’s good that you set up two-step authentication (definitely recommended), but since this is dealing with your store, we believe a Woo HE would be better suited to assist you.
If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
