Unknown Username and Email address – Can't login.

  Hello.

  I cant login into an old wordpress site thats still active for my business – it really needs editing!

  The address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) (currently Saltaire-Cycles.co.uk from GoDaddy forwards to it)

  Ive tried the 3 email address Ive used over the last decade, checked spam etc – not helped.

  Tried commenting on a webpage, hoping i’d get an email somewhere – not helped.

  I have a transaction id from 2015 so tried to fill in the Account Recovery page – but it wouldnt let me submit it – ”receipt not valid”

  Could part of the issue be that over the years Ive had many wordpress accounts and its somehow messed it up?

  Any help much appreciated.

  Hello,

  As i say, i tried to use that form but it wouldn’t allow me to submit it, came up with ”Receipt not valid”.

  Put in the webpage, that i dont have username or email, that i did have a transaction ID, let of boxes unchecked, and a description of issue.

  Tried variations but still wouldnt let me submit it?

  Any help appreciated.
