Unlawful charge

You are charging me for a domain mapping, on a domain which I cancelled a long time ago. Plus you don’t provide me options to unmapped this domain mapping, making this a unlawful transaction. Immediately stop charging me, and also remove the mapping and site:

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of the upgrade that you wish to cancel.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to cancel the upgrade.
If you do not remember the login information for that account, I would encourage you to make use of this form:
It exists specifically for “mystery charges” such as this one.

That is bollocks. I only have one login for this. The fact is I can see the payment option, if I then click on changing payment option, then it redirects me to https://wordpress.com/purchases where there are not subscriptions to manage!

The “I want to cancel” link on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ takes me to https://wordpress.com/purchases. This is exactly where I DON’T see my purchases in order to cancel.

Without additional information or access to the account that owns the upgrade, there is nothing more I can do for you. Only the upgrade owner can cancel an upgrade.

Have you filled out the “Why was I charged” box?
