Unlimited premium themes

  I had activated Unlimited Premium Themes free trial for 2 weeks. And I forgot that the last day of free trial had come up. And therefore, my money – 120$ equivalent got deducted Rs 7,785.

  I have cancelled the Unlimited Premium Themes upgrade. Could you kindly process my refund amount and let me know by when can I expect the refund.

  Hello there,

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   I have voided the transaction from your account. The funds may appear pending on your bank account, but the transaction should not be completed so the funds should not be deducted. Please let me know if you need anything else!
