  Hi,
  I can´t manage to buy unlimited themes for 12 E. I am clicking on the button marked “Get unlimited themes” but nothing happens.

  Is something wrong?

  The Unlimited Premium Themes option is part of our Business bundle shown here:

  https://wordpress.com/plans

  If you would like, I could help trade out the Premium bundle for the Business bundle on your account so you can have access to that upgrade. You would just need to pay the difference between the two bundles. Let me know!

  I understand that the difference between premium and business is 100 E (99 for premium and 199 E for business with the discount). Is that correct? If that´s correct, we would like you to help help us swiching to the business version.

  Correct – the difference is €199 for the Business bundle. You should already be offered that discount if you select the bundle here:

  Can you select “Upgrade Now” under the Business bundle? The price will automatically be dropped to €199.

  Do we have to pay for both premium and business? In an earlier post you wrote that you could help is trade out the premium plan for the business. We like to change to business plan, not pay for both. Can we pay the difference between premium and business 100E? How do we do that? Please help us with that.

  The difference between the Premium bundle and Business bundle is actually €199 (€99 for Premium bundle and €299 for Business bundle). You should be offered the €199 price upon checkout. Can you confirm?

  Yes, I understand that the difference between the two plans are 199€. But since we already paid for the premium plan I thought we could pay 100€ to uppgrade to business and not 199€.

  Just to clarify, the normal prices for the upgrades are as follows:

  Premium: €99

  Business: €299

  You already paid the €99 for the Premium bundle. As a result, to upgrade to the Business bundle, the price would be €199 (€299 – €99 you already paid). Since you already paid for the Premium bundle, you’re receiving a €99 discount off the normal price (€199 instead of €299).
