  Can I include Unlimited Websites into my plan with incurr in more costs?

  There is no limit (within reason) on how many free sites you can create but if you have a paid plan it is definitely one site only per plan. Further sites would each need their own paid plan (if your unlimited sites need the features provided with an upgraded plan).
