  If you registered your domain through WordPress.com you can follow the instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/

  If you registered your domain from somewhere else you can change your name servers to point somewhere other than WordPress.com. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
