Unlink Jetpack from WordPress account

Is it possible to unlink a Jetpack blog from my WordPress Account?
I installed WordPress on some trial-period webspace. However the performance of those provider wasn’t sufficient so I let the trial period run off, but I forgot to uninstall Jetpack first and now it seems that I’ve a dead link to this webspace in my WordPress Account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
