Hmmm … can’t you change the blog linked to your link yourself like this?
Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes. -

It does not delete the other website of course. I don’t even understand WHY this site is linked to the wordpress.com account :-( -
