  To change the Primary Site, your username is linked to, to another Web Address of a site that is registered under the same username account go to https://wordpress.com/me/account Don’t forget to click “Save Account Settings” when you are done.

  It is a linked blog under My blogs which is not longer available. I don’t want to mention here the name of the linked blog. I can only hide or make visible. Can you delete it please?

  I cannot delete anything for you so be clear on that. Is the URL that you want to be removed from your My Sites page a wordpress.org software install? If it is, then see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  Note that as Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums you can direct these with other Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
