Unlink Page
-
Hello,
On my site there is a tab with a sub-tab and the sub-tab reverts to my Contact instead of showing what I have on the page. How do I unlink the page from the Contact page so the sub-tab page shows what I have on there?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
I don’t find a Contact page on the site https://samanthadenae.wordpress.com/, or any tabs linking to a contact page. Are you referring to a different site?
-
Thats not the site. It’s http://www.samanthadenae.com
I was able to remove the sub-tab from the page but now I need to figure out how to put the sub-tabbed page back in the headers so that it can be its own page.

Thanks for the link to the relevant site. The issue you describe seems like a rather common and simple one and I would like to assist you in resolving it, but I’m not competent with respect to issues involving self-hosted sites such as yours. I’m going to tag the topic for staff attention to see if the issue can’t be resolved quickly here and save you the trouble of looking elsewhere.
This support forum is primarily for issues regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites, and not for issues regarding self-hosted sites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support documents and separate support forums. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.
Those submitting requests in this form for support with self-hosted sites are ordinarily told to submit them instead to the WordPress.org support forums. If you haven’t already done so, you can register here: https://wordpress.org/support/register.php, to use the WordPress.org support forums.

Just noting as well, @samanthadenae, while many things on WordPress.com are different from a self-hosted site, the instructions for setting up the menu are quite similar on typical installations. So this video may help you:
Good luck!
