Unlink self hosted account from wp.com account?

  This account (poictesme.wordpress.com) is an organization, and one of our staffers has accidentally linked their personal self hosted blog to it. Although I made it so that it doesn’t appear on the ‘my blogs’ list for us, is there anyway we can completely unlink it without disturbing its jetpack features? Thanks!
