Unlinking FB and WP

  I use seperate mail ids for my FB account and WP account, though they were the same initially. I dont want my blog to be linked my FB. But recently I found that when my friend clicked the “Find Friends –> Facebook” she could find my link. How can I remove the linkage? How could dat happen?
