unlinking galleries across pages

    Hi, I am trying to create a small website to display my makeup portfolio but am struggling to insert independent galleries in each page e.g. when I make a change to one gallery by changing a picture the change appears in other pages.

    I am sure it is something simple that I am missing, but any advise would be great

    Hi there – I looked on your site for a couple of different pages with galleries to try to get a better idea of what you are describing, but I found only one page.

    What it does sound like is that you may be working within the Site Editor > Templates instead of creating individual pages. The templates are areas areas where you edit and/or create larger parts of the design of your site. Here is more about templates.

    If your goal is to create separate pages with unique galleries, you will want to create new pages from within the Pages area here: https://wordpress.com/pages/tracywallsmakeupartist.co.uk

    Try first creating new pages, then adding galleries to those pages. If you get stuck on this, not to worry! Just let us know and we’ll continue helping. :)
