Unlinking self-hosted WordPress sites

Hey everyone,
Currently in the middle of considering moving my business back to WordPress.com for some ease of mind after a few years of self-hosting all my personal websites. Before I make work of this, I would like to clean up a little bit. While browsing I noticed a bunch of blogs under my linked sites that I can’t remove because I’ve deleted the sites without properly unlinking them beforehand.
Would it be possible to unlink the following site(s) so they no longer show up (this is mostly a problem in the Jetpack app but they also appear in WordPress.com when I choose to see my hidden sites).
