Unloaded Header suddenly appears.

  I have uploaded five images for circulation as ‘random’ headers. Today a very pixilated huge enlargement of an image (part of the Book Cover) that is inserted into the landing page, appeared as a Header. Can you explain? How to delete this? or is it a temporary glitch that will solve itself?
