  Hi I’m trying to transfer my domain to Blue host but the domain is locked. Could you please unlock it, thanks.

  Was your above domain first registered 60 days ago or less? If so, ICANN regulations prohibit transfer of a newly registered domain until that time period has passed. https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  You can however, still use the domain registered here by pointing the DNS pointers to your new webhosting. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
