unlock domain

  Hi, i try to transfer the domain piolainteriorismo.com to bluehost domain, but when i put the code in the bluehost domain a error appear. and when try a few times, the domain is locked by automattic.inc and i dont know how unlocked it. Can you help me?

  piolainteriorismo.com is locked and privacy is enabled, which is why you are unable to transfer it. I have disabled privacy for the domain from our end but the domain needs to be unlocked before it can be transferred:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  After selecting Transfer Domain > Transfer to another registrar, you should see this option:

  To transfer the domain we must unlock it

  Click ‘Update Settings and Continue’.
