  You no longer own the domain, ivansvatos.com, as you cancelled it in August. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and in this case this domain will only be released after it expires in May next year.

  I can still restore the domain to your account, and then I can help you point or transfer it to another hosting provider. Please confirm if I should do that.

  I have restored your domain so it’s active in your account again.

  A domain has to be connected to an active WordPress.com site for you to be able to access its settings, so I’ve connected the domain to ivansvatos.wordpress.com, though it’s not set as primary domain so that site will still appear at the free address.

  @ivansvatos we were able to restore the domain again, but please note there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to restore the domain every time you cancel it. There are some circumstances where it will go into a redemption mode, for example, where it costs much more to get it back again. In other cases you may not be able to get it back again at all. So you’ll want to be careful.

  My advice, aside from the steps @kokkieh mentioned, is to simply not cancel any domain registration you intend to keep using. If you’re at a step where you feel like you need to cancel again, get in touch with us first and we’ll try to point you in the right direction.
