  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any custom domains. Which domain would you like to unlock and transfer?

  If the domain was purchased through another WordPress.com account, please log out of cropdrop and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to and I’ll be happy to take a look.

  I am trying to unlock Littleflowerhempcompany.com and am not sure how it was purchased because it was done by an employee that is no longer with our company. How should I proceed?

  Are you able to log in as littleflowerhempco ? If you don’t have the correct login credentials, you can regain access by using a transaction ID from your previous payment:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  Once you have that, logout, and you can recover the account here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
