Unlock domain for transfer
-
The domain is well over the 60 day initial lock, so I’m not quite sure why it is not transferable; any help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Have you read this
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/Note: It is only possible to transfer a domain 60 days after the registration date. This 60-day lock is required by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and cannot be waived.
If you have completed the 60 days period and still facing the issue, then let us know.
I am also adding modlook to this thread so one of our staff can check it for you. -
Hi @dfdslogisticsservices, it looks like your auth code went out already. Is that not working?
Also, bear in mind a transfer takes a few days. If you’re anxious to work with a new host, consider pointing your site there first:
or
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/Then you can continue the domain transfer.

Hi @supernovia, thanks for the reply. I provided the authorization code to BrandIT (the new dns provider), and they said the transfer lock was still enabled. Can you walk me through unlocking it? All the guides/forum posts talk about options that are not listed on this Swedish language blog

Let me know which of these screenshots does not match your experience:
-
I apologize for not being specific. All of those screen shots match the experience, but none of them say anything about the site still being locked after the code has been requested, received, and provided to the new domain provider.

@dfdslogisticsservices I’m not sure why it didn’t work for you earlier. Normally the domain unlocks as a part of the process.
I can see is currently unlocked. Can you try giving them the code once more?
