Unlock domain, get EEPcode and change registrar and host

  Hi,
  We would like to unlock the free domain ( loyal-solutions.com ), which came included in our purchase of a Value Bundle last year, so we can use another registrar for the domain and another host for the website. Having gone through all the documentation on support.wordpress.com and different fori on the internet without finding an answer as to how we can do it, we hope you can help us. It seems we dont have the option to unlock the domain in our Dashboard. On the wordpress support page in the guide “Transfer a domain to another registrar” it talks about “cancel private registration” and “Domain Administration”, both of we can not find in our dashboard.

  Hello again,
  We have already gone through both guides.

  The problem is that we do not have the options mentioned in the guides. There is no link/button to “Domain Administration” nor “Cancel Private Registration”. It seems as though the guides do not apply to our version/installation of wordpress. Could this be the case?

  On our receipt it says that the domain came free as part of a bundle, could it have something to do with this?

  Can we transfer our domain away from wordpress.com to our own registrar, even though we do not have these options in our dashboard? If so, how?
