unlock domain/ NS settings/ Jammed Domain Transfer Button

    Hi,
    I am trying to unlock my domain to make changes to name servers. No success so far.
    The name server settings requested by WordPress to be used are already installed. The ‘transfer’ button on the transfer domain setting is jammed and won’t reset.
    I would like to know how to remedy these issues to allow me to get back on track. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    You have added a Site Redirect upgrade and you’re redirecting to the same domain. To be able to manage your domain you need to remove the Site Redirect upgrade by going to your Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases).
