Unlock domain through registrant wildwestdomains

My friend set up a website through wordpress and purchased a domain. The site is registered through Wild West domains for which he does not have login details. How do we get access to the control panel to unlock this domain for transfer?

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you referring to please?
Exactly which username account purchased it?
When was it purchased?Have that person login under that username account and post here please.

I believe that the account used may have been under an email address which I am reluctant to post in an open forum.
I have emailed this guy and asked him to unlock the domain for transfer through his account.The account is registered to the owner with the admin contact different to that being mentioned above.

The domain is owned by sarahfurney — only the owner of that account will be able to transfer the domain.
If they are having trouble doing so, please ask them to login and reply here for help.

Firstly many thanks for your help. I am acting on behalf of Sarah who is a friend of mine. She uses an email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you confirm that this is the correct email address for the account.
We are trying to transfer the domain to another registrar and change the hosting thereafter.
I shall call with her this afternoon and explain the procedure. She is not sure which email address she used for the registration but we will try to get logged into wordpress.com and unlock the domain from there.Many thanks again,

Can you confirm that this is the correct email address for the account.
For security reasons, I’m unable to confirm details of another account. But if Sarah needs help, please ask her to get in touch with us.
She is not sure which email address she used for the registration but we will try to get logged into wordpress.com
If she is unable to remember her login details, she can reset the password or fill out our Account Recovery form.
