Unlock IP adress

    Hi,

    My recent website https://collective-partners on wordpress report a problem. I can’t add new plugins or themes. After reset 4 times the domain with wordpress, nothing change. I’ve check FTP files and all good.

    As I have multiple wordpress website, the others ones seems ok, extensions and theme section is available and all is working. Except for https://collective-partners.com.

    I’ve contact Hostinger’s support, and they advice me to ask WordPress to unlock my IP which is 2a01:e0a:1be:e2d0:f5f4:9057:ab4e:8d6b
