  I am completely lost and need assistance in Unlocking my domain to transfer my account to wordpress

  What is the domain? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any custom domains with us.

  If you’re speaking of a domain you have registered somewhere else, you need to contact the provider where you have the domain registered for help with this. We don’t currently have any control over the domain, so cannot help with this from our end.
