Unlocking Domain

  I’m trying to unlock my domain, but it won’t stay unlocked. I check the box and click the button to have the email sent to me, and then the page says my domain is unlocked, so I should be able to transfer it to the hosting service I use for my other site. But then when I refresh the page, the domain is unlocked again. How can I get it to stay locked? I paid for the most recent year of service in early May, so it has been 60 days since then. Maybe it hasn’t been 60 days since it actually renewed, though? I’m not sure. Could that be the problem?

  Oh geez, sorry, I meant I need for it to stay UNLOCKED, and when I refresh the page, the domain is LOCKED again. My goal is for it to stay unlocked after I unlock it. Currently, it seems to not really be unlocking, though it claims to be until I refresh the page.

  Hi there,

  We are currently having some issues with our domain registrar partners where domain unlocking is not working for some domains. We have a developer working with them to get it resolved, and I am adding your domain to the list of affected domains. As soon as I have additional information I will let you know!
