Unlocking domain

  Hello, I’m having trouble transferring my domain hellocutelife.com to a new registrar. It says it’s unlocked and not private. I have accepted a pending transfer, but my new registrar (1and1.com) is still not recognizing the domain as transferable.

  I’m showing your domain is still locked. You can unlock it by going to this page:

  https://hellocutelife.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Click “Edit Domain” and then “Transfer Domain”

  From there you should see two boxes that need to be checked before you click the “request transfer code” button.
