Unlocking Domain Name

  Hi, I am trying to transfer my domain name (nauticondo.com) from wordpress.com to HostGator, but it requires me to unlock the domain. How do I do this? Thanks!

  Hi @nauticondo, you can use these steps to transfer a domain out:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  Just note if the domain was registered less than 60 days ago, you’ll need to wait for the transfer. But you could point your domain to another host in the meantime if you’d like:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers
