Unlocking Domain/Requesting Auth Code

  Hi there,

  I want to know the estimated time it takes once I unlock my domain and retrieve my authorization code to transfer my domain to WP.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi jerricarose,

  Once you have entered the authorisation code from your current domain provider and confirmed the transfer, the process usually completes in 5-7 days. I’ve checked jerricaroseescobar.com and the transfer to WordPress.com is in progress — please do not cancel the domain with your current provider as this will cause the transfer to fail.
