Unlocking my domain

    Hello.
    A few days ago I sent you an email concerning the unlocking of my domain. I did not have any answer. Is this normal? This is the message I sent you.

    I would like to transfer my domain. I went to my My Domains dashboard -> Spotjardin.com -> Domains -> Manage all your domains. I clicked on spotjardinmonsitr.com. Then I clicked on Transfer a domain -> I clicked on Transfer to another registrar. On the page that opens it says « Your domain is unblocked and the privacy protection has been disabled in preparation for the transfer.

    We have sent the transfer authorization code to the domain name registrant’s email address. You need to provide your new registrar with your domain name and transfer code to complete the transfer process. « The code received does not work. What should I do? Have a nice day !!

    Thanks for writing to u about this. When you say the code does not work, is there an error message? We can work on regenerating a new code for you, but I want to make sure the issue is on our side of things first. If you’re able please ask the registrar you are transferring in to if they know what the problem is.

    Indeed I had this error code “Invalid authorization code”. I sent the code to the registrar where I would like to transfer my domain. They had the same problem as me with this same “Invalid authorization code” error message Have a nice day !!

  • It’s definitely valid from our end, and we’re having no other issues with domain transfers today, so perhaps ask them to elaborate on why it’s failing.
