  why can’t I unlock a post after clicking on it from my dashboard?

  Thanks for writing to us. Please share the title of the post you’re trying to open up. It sounds like you want to open the post to edit or change something. Is that right?

  Click on My Sites – Posts
  
  From there, you’ll see a list of all the posts on your site. If you hover on the title of the one that needs worked on, you can then click on Edit to make changes.
