Unlocking the site

    Currently, my site is with Wix. I have an authorization code. With Wix there is no need to unlock however WordPress keeps telling me that the site remains locked. I have been struggling with this for a week. Please advise.

    That may not be exactly the case: the site itself would not be locked, but domain names are typically locked to prevent unauthorized transfers.

    Kindly provide the domain name or website address you’re trying to transfer away from Wix, so I can take a look and help you.

    Please DO NOT post the authorization code or any sensitive information: just the public website address.
