  I am trying to transfer this domain to squarespace. Do I meet the requirements for this considering i have the free subscription for my site? I looked all around for the option to unlock it but i cannot find it.

  If not, may you provide the URL of the domain you are referring to?

  If you are referring to https://unknowncorridor.wordpress.com/, then given that you are using the free subscription, the domain still has to be purchased/registered. The free one-year domain registrations WordPress.com provide come with the paid plans.
