Unmap a domain

  I want to unmap our domain as we don’t use wordpress to manage this site any longer. I can’t seem to figure out how to do that.

  Any advice? Thanks!

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. What is the mapped domain?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

  If you are just trying to get the domain to point elsewhere, all you need to do is change nameservers via your domain registrar to point to your new webhost.
