  Hi janinaylin

  I can cancel your domain name stylamour.com and issue you a full refund. This means you will no longer be able to use stylamour.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.

  If you don’t plan to use the domain elsewhere let me know and I’ll cancel it for you. If you’d like to use the domain with a different host we can do that too, but transferring the domain will be a better option.

  Hi Lizthefair,
  I definitely want to keep this domain! My problem is, that when I have janinaylin.wordpress.com as my main domain everything is working, but as soon as I change it to stylamour.com neither of them works. In Safari it says “too many redirections”. It seems to be in a loop, if that is possible (I have no experience with this!).
  What I can say is that I bought the domain at strato.de and entered janinaylin.wordpress.com as my forwarding destination at my strato.de settings. At wordpress.com I bought the domain upgrade and paid 13€ and mapped stylamour.com.
  To cut a long story short, I thought I would have to cancel the domain upgrade in order to get rid of this loop?! Thank you in advance for any support!

  Actually, I just want the domain unmapped. I have not determined where to map it yet. It would be lovely if I could have it simply unmapped.

  Hi Ryan (mortico),

  If you want to keep the domain without cancelling it, you can go to your My Domains page and make your WordPress.com address the primary address on your site. That way, you’ll still have the domain to use with another site later on.

  When you’re ready to use it somewhere else, you can head to your My Upgrades page to transfer it to a different site. Then, you can make it the primary domain on that other site.
