unmap a domain from one site and map it to another

  Hi. I recently transferred my domain from Wix. When I try to add it to my WordPress site, I am told it is mapped to a different site. I would like to unmap it from where it is and move it to this site.

  Also, when I type in the domain in google, it is still being directed to Wix.

  Any help would be great. Thanks
