Hello @kmjwpdesign,
You won’t be able to remove it without Staff help. Post the specifics including all the URLs involved here please as I have flagged this thread for Staff assistance.

No Domain Mapping Found
There is no domain mapping upgrade for containerandfield.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping. There is information on how to set up domain mapping in our support documentation. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/ -
Thanks for your help here, folks.
@kmjwpdesign — first can you log in as the owner of the upgrades? They are not associated with this account.
Then if you’d like, staff can help move the mapping from one site to another. We would need permission from the correct account.

I’m sorry, I don’t know what you mean. This logon is for testcontainerandthefield.wordpress.com and kmjwpdesign.wordpress site so I’m not sure what else I would logon with?

Can anyone help? I need to unmap a domain that was mapped to my account by accident. testcontainerandthefield.wordpress.com was mapped to kmjwpdesign.wordpress.com site. How do I remove the testcontainerandthefield.wordpress.com? Can I just delete kmjwpdesign.wordpress.com?

You are not logged in under the correct username account ie. the username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com site and is the owner of the upgrades for that site.
As you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

The only accounts that are under this user name are the ones that I’m having trouble with. The domain containerandthefield.com is through names cheap and I do not have access to that, is that what you’re talking about?

@kmjwpdesign thanks for your patience. It looked like it may have been purchased under a partner’s account or a client’s account even. I can see it’s been removed now.
Normally we won’t allow you to re-map a domain that was just mapped by someone else, but I think staff can help in this case if you’d like. Let us know.
