Unmap Domain

  Please unmap blog.blackchaingroup.com from my account. I don’t see an option for my account status to do so. thank you

  Hi there!

  Only as staff member can help you unmap a domain. You may add modlook tag to the tags area to make sure staff members can see it.

  On the other hand, if you wish to unmap just the subdomain blog.blackchaingroup.com, you can go to your admin panel > domains > blackchaingroup.com > Name Servers and DNS > DNS Records > click on the trash button beside blog.blackchaingroup.com.

  Thanks for the walkthrough @joshron, however I do not have the option to delete (no trash can) the domain name
