Unmap domain
-
Hi there,
I would like to unmap my domain firstpersonmag.nl, but I don’t know how to do that.
Also, when I unmap it, will it direct back to my previous DNS records?
Thank you so much! -
Hi @firstpersonmagnl, I’ve split your comment into a new forum thread, since the first topic was mostly resolved. This way the original poster won’t get unwanted notifications.
Also, when I unmap it, will it direct back to my previous DNS records?
It won’t change the domain’s authoritative name servers. You’ll need to do that at the registrar and allow a few days for that to take full effect.
When that’s working for you, will you update us here? You just barely renewed, so we can remove and refund your upgrade if you’d like. Just let us know as soon as you’re ready.

Hi, thank you!
I’ve changed the DNS records and now I’d like to remove and refund my upgrade. (actually, I’d like to delete my account, but for now the refund is most important to me)
Can you help me with that? Thank you! -
I’ve removed your subscriptions and issued a full refund.
You’ll find details at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
