Unmap Domain

  Hello

  I have a domain (packedmealprep.co.uk) that had our old site on it. We had a new site built on a standard wordpress.org build, and I tried to import it into our wordpress.com site using wp All-in-One WP Migration Import plugin. However, this seems to have broken it on the backend. I need a new wordpress.com install to be mapped to this domain, so that I can copy the new site over using a different method (the site uses Elementor, so I will use Elementor kits instead).

  I can’t see any way of mapping the domain to a new install.

  Please could I have some advice.

  The mapping can be canceled from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but only by the WordPress.com account that owns it, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have a few options at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
