Unmap domain name & transfer it to another wordpress.com site

  I have had the domain openlivinglabdays.com (purchased through wordpress) mapped to openlivinglabsdays15.wordpress.com for almost a year now.

  Now i want to unmap it and transfer the domain openlivinglabdays.com to our new blog openlivinglabdays16.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is it possible to make this transfer myself or does it need to be done by wordpress admin?
