Unmap Domain to Map to Another Blog

    Hi

    I have yatra.org.au mapped to my innerunion.wordpress.com blog, and I’d like to unmap it so I can use it for a new WordPress site.

    I couldn’t figure out how to unmap the domain and I now think that support staff have to do it manually.

    I don’t want to delete the old site, just move the domain mapping to the new site: yatraaustralia.wordpress.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in mapping yatra.org.au to the new WordPress blog. However, the mapping subscription is not associated with the account you contacted us from.

    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into mapping the domain to the new blog.

    Or, if you want the owner to transfer the mapping subscription over to you, have them post in here to confirm that transfer.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, I realised this after I left my desk.

    Posting from the other account now!

    As extra confirmation you will also notice that my account ‘yatraaustralia’ has admin access to the innerunion.wordpress.com blog which was created using this other account.

    To confirm, I would like the domain mapping for yatra.org.au moved to yatraaustralia.wordpress.com

    That all seems to work great. Thanks.

    I have since logged in and ‘left’ the innerunion blog from this account as I wish to have the 2 blogs under the 2 different accounts – with no shared admin rights.

    innerunion blog is now on the ronnyhickel account.

    yatraaustralia blog is now on the yatraaustralia account and additionally has the yatra.org.au domain mapped to it.

    Following up on the above…

    Since you helped switch over the custom domain I seem to have lost the email forwarding feature.

    On this account I want to make a couple of email addresses e.g. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The setting doesn’t show in the email settings under domain settings.

    Please help.

    Please help me unmap… I would like to redirect checklist lawyer traffic to checklist legal and map checklistlegal.wordpress.com to checklistlegal.com
