Unmap my domain

    Hi, I have mapped my Godaddy domain with my wordpress site, however, I am not happy with WordPress and deleted my subscription and cancelled the domain mapping. but when I go to my website britstudy.com, it still takes me to a page by WordPress where it says “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “.

    Please help, how can I completely remove the domain mapping as I need to use my domain with a different website builder.

    The domain is still pointed to WordPress.com. The name servers need to be updated in order to now point that domain to the new provider. You do that through your domain provider (which is not us).
