Unmapping domain

I purchased a domain with another website (livingthefandomlife.co.uk) and mapped it successfully to my website. For unrelated reasons, I chose not to renew my subscription to the domain and I no longer own it.
Despite my best efforts I see no way for me to cancel/turn off/disable domain mapping or even turn off autorenew so I’m not charged when it comes around again next year.
I’m not after a refund, I just want to turn it off.

The domain mapping upgrade is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in.
Please follow our Account Recovery guide to retrieve access to that other account and cancel the mapping upgrade.
