Unmapping domain
-
Hey there,
I am trying to remove my wordpress website on stichtingveteranenamsterdam.nl, but it keeps saying I have upgrades somewhere. I guess it has to do with mapped domains but I’m not sure. Can anybody assist me? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you read through the support document yet?
LINK: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
Let me know if that helps!

Thanks for your answer!
I searched topics about it and help pages, but none of them helped. I want to completely remove the wordpress website, but it keeps saying I have upgrades, but I cannot find which. Im unable to cancel those upgrades, because if I go to “Manage upgrades”, there are no upgrades. What can I do?

Here is a direct link to Account Settings: https://wordpress.com/me/account

To specify the problem: I found the name servers are handled by wordpress, but I want to remove those. WordPress hosts the website I’m talking about, and I guess the previous owner bought is t wordpress aswell. How can I totally remove everything, or unmap those name servers?
Thanks, goodnight from here :)

@marcianosr, can you log out, then log back in using the account that owns the site and its upgrades? These can only be removed by the account that owns them.

Hi,
I managed to remove my website via someone else’s account (probably site owner’s), but the domain is still not unmapped. Does it have to do with “my upgrades”? I can’t see any upgrades, but I guess the ‘site owner’ account can see and remove that. Does someone know if that will help?

Hi, even if the domain points here, the owner can delete the site when it’s unmapped. And it looks like you’ve got that sorted out. Cheers!
