unmapping domain name

    Hello,
I’m sending you this message because I’m the webmaster of a blog hosted at wordpress.com (https://atelierbbru.wordpress.com/)
My client wanted to migrate this blog to an other registrar. It’s done. The domain name associate to this account atelier-b.be have been also transfered but there is a problem.
When I go to the wp.com admin panel and try to dissociate this domain from this previous blog there is no option to allow me that. Not even some dns config that I could change.
And so for now when we type atelier-b.be in a browser it redirect to the wordpress one.
    How can I do that?
Thank you in advance for your answer. (and sorry for my english if I made some mistakes)
    Best regards,

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • I see that atelier-b.be was canceled today under a WordPress.com account.
I would be happy to assist you in regaining access to the domain. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – that is why you do not see it under your account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. Alternately, have the owner of the domain mapping subscription contact us as well.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!
