  RF Writes uses Microsoft Word to create whatever RF Writes wants to publish on WordPress; That creates an annoying problem in the transpose process – unneeded line spacing. Correcting unneeded line spacing requires wasting valuable time. The unneeded line spacing occurs between paragraphs, and at times ending sentences.   There’s an option to paste from word and remove all the junk formatting that the software includes by default, however it removes all the formatting in your posts so you’ll need to re-apply any headings, lists etc when you’re done.

  Maybe give the WordPress desktop application a try and see how it compares.
